Warm Up Stretching

As you kick it back into gear while working out, it is important to warm up your body. A great way to do that is by stretching. We help you limber up and prepare for what the rest of the class has in store for you.

Stamina-Based Movement

One of our main focuses will be centered around improving your stamina. This will include movements across the mat that will build up your endurance and improve your overall movement skills, including flexibility and mobility.

Resistance Training

Resistance training offers a great method to build muscle while losing weight. And we make sure it is safe and comfortable for everyone. Instead of free weights, we use resistance bands so anyone can get started without worrying about injury.

Meditation

It is very important to stay calm during training. That’s why we are working on meditating to be at peace. This will include sitting meditation as well as moving meditation.
